Refund policy

Need to return something? Email us at support@sierrahockeysupply.com or call 775-523-1250 with your order number. We will get it started.

30-DAY RETURNS

If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in new condition, with its original packaging and tags.

Once we receive and check your return, we refund you using the same payment method you used to buy the item.

WHAT YOU CAN'T RETURN

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Jocks and jills

  • Baselayer bottoms

  • Boxers and briefs

  • Mouth guards

  • Used products

  • Cut or taped sticks

  • Baked or sharpened skates

If our staff baked your skates in store, we can re-bake or adjust them for you. Just come see us.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

We do not offer free return shipping. You have two options:

Option 1: Ship it yourself. Use any carrier you like and pay them directly. We charge no fee.

Option 2: Use our prepaid label. We pass along our discounted carrier rates. The label usually costs $15 to $20. We deduct that amount from your refund when your return arrives.

Prepaid labels are only available for returns shipped from within the United States.

HOW TO RETURN AN ONLINE ORDER

  1. Check that your item is returnable (see the list above).

  2. Email info@sierrahockeysupply.com with your order number. Tell us if you want a prepaid label.

  3. We reply with return instructions and, if requested, your label.

  4. Pack the item securely and ship it to the address below.

  5. We process your refund once the return arrives and passes inspection.

EXCHANGES

Want a different size or product? The fastest way is to place a new order for the item you want, then return the original. You get the new item right away.

If you would rather wait, we can process the exchange after your return arrives. Just let us know when you email.
