OVERVIEW
Welcome to Sierra Hockey Supply. In these terms, "we," "us," and "our" mean Sierra Hockey Supply. "You" means the customer.
We run this website and store, along with all of its content, tools, products, and services (together, the "Services"). Our store is powered by Shopify.
By using our Services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
1. WHO CAN USE OUR STORE
You must be at least the age of majority in your state to use our Services. If you let a minor in your care use our Services on your devices, you are responsible for their use.
When you shop with us, we may ask for your email, billing, payment, and shipping details. You promise this information is accurate, current, and yours to share.
You are responsible for keeping your account login secure and for everything that happens under your account. You may not sell or transfer your account to anyone else.
2. OUR PRODUCTS
We work hard to show our products accurately. Even so, colors and appearance may look different on your screen than in person. We cannot promise a product will match what you see on your device.
Product descriptions can change at any time. We may discontinue a product or limit how many of an item any one person or region can buy.
3. ORDERS
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion. Your order is not final until we confirm it and your payment goes through.
Please check your order carefully before you submit it. We may not be able to cancel an order once we have accepted it.
If we decline, change, or cancel an order, we will try to reach you using the email, billing address, or phone number on the order.
Returns and exchanges follow our Refund Policy.
Purchases are for your own personal or household use, not for resale or export.
4. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices, discounts, and promotions can change without notice. You pay the price shown when you place your order, as listed in your order confirmation email.
Unless we say otherwise, prices do not include tax, shipping, or handling.
Online prices may differ from in-store prices or from prices at other retailers. Promotions may have their own terms. If promotion terms conflict with these terms, the promotion terms win.
You agree to give us accurate payment and contact details and to keep them up to date. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide and that you will pay all charges, including shipping and tax.
5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control.

6. OUR CONTENT AND TRADEMARKS
Everything on our Services, including text, images, graphics, video, reviews, and the site design, belongs to Sierra Hockey Supply or our licensors. It is protected by US and international copyright and trademark law.
Brand names and logos such as Bauer, CCM, Warrior, True, Sherwood, and Vaughn belong to their owners. We use them only to identify the genuine products we sell.
7. THIRD-PARTY TOOLS AND LINKS
Our Services may include tools or links from other companies. We do not control these and provide them "as is" without any warranty. Use them at your own risk, and review the third party's terms before you do.
We are not responsible for any harm from third-party websites, products, or services. Please direct questions or complaints about them to that third party.
New features we add to our Services are also covered by these terms.
8. OUR RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Shopify powers our store, but your purchase is a transaction between you and Sierra Hockey Supply. Shopify is not responsible for any part of that sale, including any injury, damage, or loss from products you buy. You release Shopify and its affiliates from any claims related to your purchases from us.
9. PRIVACY
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information. Because Shopify hosts our store, Shopify also collects and processes some of your information to run and improve the Services. Your information may be shared with Shopify and other partners, some of which may be outside the United States.
10. REVIEWS AND FEEDBACK
If you send us ideas, reviews, suggestions, or other content ("Feedback"), you give us a permanent, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, edit, publish, and share it for any purpose, including marketing.
You promise that your Feedback is yours, that you have disclosed any payment or incentive you received for it, and that it follows these terms. We do not have to keep Feedback confidential, pay you for it, or respond to it.
We may remove Feedback that is unlawful, offensive, misleading, or that violates anyone's rights. Do not post anything false, abusive, or harmful, and do not impersonate anyone. You are responsible for what you post.
11. MISTAKES ON OUR SITE
Sometimes our site has errors in product descriptions, prices, promotions, shipping charges, transit times, or availability. We may correct these errors, update information, or cancel affected orders at any time without notice, even after you have placed an order.

Sections that by their nature should survive will continue to apply after termination, including Our Content and Trademarks, Reviews and Feedback, Warranty Disclaimer, Limit on Our Liability, Your Responsibility to Us, Severability, Entire Agreement, Assignment, Governing Law, and Privacy.
14. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
Information on our Services is for general purposes only. We do not guarantee it is accurate, complete, or useful, and you rely on it at your own risk.
EXCEPT AS WE EXPRESSLY STATE, THE SERVICES AND ALL PRODUCTS SOLD THROUGH THEM ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THESE DISCLAIMERS, SO THEY MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
15. LIMIT ON OUR LIABILITY
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, SIERRA HOCKEY SUPPLY, OUR OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND LICENSORS, AND SHOPIFY AND ITS AFFILIATES, ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, OR CLAIM, OR FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND. THIS INCLUDES LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, AND REPLACEMENT COSTS, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCT BOUGHT THROUGH THEM, EVEN IF WE WERE TOLD SUCH DAMAGES WERE POSSIBLE.
16. YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO US
You agree to defend and compensate Sierra Hockey Supply, Shopify, and our affiliates, owners, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers for any losses, damages, or claims, including reasonable attorneys' fees, that result from your breach of these terms, your violation of any law or anyone's rights, or your use of the Services.
We will notify you of any such claim. We may control the defense and settlement at your expense, but we will not agree to a settlement that requires non-monetary obligations from you without your consent, which you will not unreasonably withhold. You agree to cooperate with the defense, including by providing relevant documents.
17. SEVERABILITY
If any part of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that part will be enforced as far as the law allows, and the rest of the terms stay in effect.
18. WAIVER AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT
If we do not enforce a part of these terms right away, we can still enforce it later.
These terms, together with the policies posted on our site, are the complete agreement between you and us about the Services. They replace any earlier agreements or communications, including earlier versions of these terms.
Any unclear wording in these terms will not be read against the party that drafted them.
19. ASSIGNMENT
You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these terms to anyone else without our written permission. We may transfer ours without notice to you.
20. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts in Washoe County, Nevada, and you and we both agree to that venue and jurisdiction.

Section headings are for convenience only. They do not change the meaning of these terms.
22. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
The current version of these terms is always on this page. We may update them at any time by posting changes here. We will notify you of material changes as required by law, and those changes take effect on the date in the notice. Continuing to use our Services after changes are posted means you accept them.
