Size guide
Measure the circumference of your head about one inch above the eyebrows, keeping the tape level.

Most hockey helmets adjust within their size range, so a measurement near a boundary usually fits either size — pick the smaller one if you are between.
The helmet should sit one finger-width above the eyebrows and should not shift when you shake your head with the chin strap fastened.
