Size guide
Measure the circumference of your head about one inch above the eyebrows, keeping the tape level.
| Size | Head circumference | Metric |
|---|---|---|
| Small | 20.5" – 21.5" | 52 – 55 cm |
| Medium | 21.5" – 22.75" | 55 – 58 cm |
| Large | 22.75" – 24" | 58 – 61 cm |
| X-Large | 24" – 25" | 61 – 63.5 cm |
Most hockey helmets adjust within their size range, so a measurement near a boundary usually fits either size — pick the smaller one if you are between.
The helmet should sit one finger-width above the eyebrows and should not shift when you shake your head with the chin strap fastened.
These are general sizing conventions and are a starting point only. Sizing varies by brand and model — check the manufacturer's chart for this product before ordering, or contact our team for a fitting.
