Size guide
Your elbow should sit centred in the cup. With shoulder pads and gloves on, measure the gap between the two — the elbow pad needs to close it at both ends.
| Size | Height | Weight |
|---|---|---|
| Youth S / M | 3'6" – 4'2" | 40 – 60 lbs |
| Junior S / M | 4'2" – 4'8" | 60 – 80 lbs |
| Junior L | 4'8" – 5'0" | 80 – 100 lbs |
| Senior S | 5'0" – 5'6" | 100 – 150 lbs |
| Senior M | 5'6" – 6'0" | 150 – 190 lbs |
| Senior L | 6'0" and up | 190 lbs and up |
A pad that slides off the point of the elbow protects nothing. If it rotates when you flex your arm, it is too big or the straps are too loose.
