Size guide
Measure the circumference of your chest just below the armpits. Your shoulders must sit directly under the shoulder caps — if they land beside the caps, your collarbone is unprotected.

Most bicep guards adjust up and down. Set them so they meet the elbow pad without overlapping it enough to restrict the arm.
