Size guide
Goalie pants are sized by waist, but the fit convention is different from player pants — many goalies deliberately wear them wide for coverage and mobility.

| Junior | 24" – 28" | 4'6" – 5'2" |
| Intermediate | 28" – 32" | 5'2" – 5'8" |
| Senior | 32" – 38" | 5'8" and up |
Some brands list an oversized waist. Where they do, add roughly 8" – 10" to your measured waist to find your size — check the chart on the product itself.
An exact waist match is not required. Goalies commonly size wide, held up with suspenders or by the pads themselves.
